Enrollment
Member satisfaction begins with easy enrollment -- from fast and error free application processing and digital enrollment, to simplified wizards optimized for mobile phones and tablets. For paper applications, our business rules speed the review and approval process. Our telesales team includes licensed agents to sell or service products that require licensure.
Underwriting
We handle full-service insurance underwriting for a variety of products. We are one of a few administrators entrusted with maximum underwriting authority levels from our carriers, resulting in our ability to streamline and optimize the policy issue process from receipt of application to certificate issue.
Fulfillment
All fulfillment communication is client branded and supported by a transactional communications stream that informs members of the status of their application and approval. After approval, your member’s fulfillment packet is triggered, assembled, and delivered using our Print on Demand solution.
Customer Service
Excellent customer service is the cornerstone of a successful member program. Workflows in our Member Benefit Center are designed to improve timeliness, quality, and first encounter resolutions. Transparent management of real time individual and team performance metrics provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Claims
We are a full-service insurance claims adjustor from point of receipt to payment. With claim authority on a wide variety of insurance products, we have developed a process focused on ensuring that claim submission requirements are clear and streamlined and members receive their entitled benefits quickly and accurately.
Billing
AGIA’s premium billing solution is integrated as part of our administration system offering members multiple secure ways to pay their premium, seamlessly presenting members with billing and coverage related information. Customer service representatives have a singular view of the insured to provide an exceptional level of service and increase member satisfaction.
