We create products and services that create value for our clients and their members. For our affinity clients, their members, and our employees, our philosophy is win-win or no deal. We aim to create value at every step of the process with our deep expertise, relentless commitment to partnership, and a genuine passion for customer experience.
We believe in doing good work for the right reasons. In everything we do, we strive to enhance the spiritual, social, and economic well-being of our employees, our community, and our clients. We will always conduct our business and measure our success based on relationships, not transactions.
The legacy of AGIA started in 1956 when James Wigle pioneered a program using direct mail to market group insurance to identifiable groups. In time, he established a model for creating added value to affinity groups by offering specialized products and services to serve their members. When John Wigle joined AGIA in 1976, he continued to build upon the foundation established by his father with customized products tailored to affinity groups and SMBs.
Today, AGIA builds on the legacy with industry-leading innovations in marketing, expert use of emerging technology, and a commitment to strategic partnerships based on integrity.
With these guiding principles, AGIA is now the largest privately-held third party broker, marketer, and administrator in the affinity marketplace.
