Technically, we’re an insurance mass marketing administrator. What that really means is that we create, market and administer insurance programs to help our clients grow, not only in membership strength, but financially as well. We do just about everything that an insurance company does. BUT…our efficiently designed systems and customer focus mean we can often do it better…and almost always cheaper. The reality is that everything we do from finding the right product and insurance company to offering new solutions to members and customers to servicing these people and paying claims has a single focus: Keeping your people happy and on board. Our very first success was in 1956 with an innovative disability product for California doctors. We received over 400 hospital endorsements, and we continue to serve those clients. And today, we provide one-on-one service for over 50 million people across the country. And because we’re in five locations across the country, your Account Executive is not only as close as the phone, he or she is as close as your freeway.
