AGIA’s Strength Comes from Its People
We're searching for the very best and brightest:
customer-focused associates adept at nurturing business relationships, as well as
experienced professionals with innovative ideas who can contribute to our success.
Our Recruitment Process
Interested in joining the AGIA team? At AGIA,
we are working to build a culture that fosters respect and mutual accountability.
We take great care in hiring high quality candidates to join our company, so it’s
important our recruitment process is thorough and effective. AGIA is an equal
opportunity employer and uses comprehensive screening and interview practices to
help ensure the best individual is selected for each position.
Timeframe
Generally speaking, the interview process consists
of four steps, as described below. On average, the entire recruitment process can take
up to 6 to 8 weeks. Oftentimes, the length of the recruitment process is determined by
different factors including the number of applicants being considered for the position,
the number of total job openings with the company, the availability of our interviewers
and the level of the position.
Resume Submittal
Submitting your resume through the
Careers page will ensure your resume makes it
to the appropriate Recruiter. A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have submitted
your resume. AGIA appreciates your interest and consideration of our company. Due to the
high volume of submittals, we regret we are not able to respond to every resume submission.
If your experience and qualifications match the position you applied for, you will be contacted
to begin the interview process.
Interview Process
Typically, the interview process consists of four steps:
STEP 1: Initial phone interview with a Recruiter
STEP 2: Interview with the Hiring Manager in person
STEP 3: Job related testing
STEP 4: Final Interview on-site
At AGIA, we value teamwork so we may also conduct interviews
utilizing team members from different departments who can provide different perspectives. You may
experience the opportunity to meet with others from different functional areas during the interview
process. The structure of the interview varies by position and may include a group, panel or a
one–on-one setting. Each interview offers both you and AGIA an opportunity to check compatibility
with AGIA culture and values. This also gives you insight into how the open position relates to
other departmental functions.
We make every effort to keep candidates informed of where they stand in the recruitment process along
the way. If you are not selected to continue in the hiring process, you will be notified via email,
telephone, or written correspondence.
If you are selected to continue in the hiring process, a Recruiter will contact you by telephone to
keep you apprised of where you are in the process. Should you be selected to join AGIA, your employment
is contingent upon verification of past employment, satisfactory background and reference checks, and
documentation of your legal right to work in the United States.
